Who is the seller?

What must be agreed before work?

Use plans you own or have written permission to use for this preview. Manufactured and modular home plans require the manufacturer’s written permission for the exact drawing, options and intended processing.

The agreement records the current plan, assumptions, spaces, products, furniture stand-ins, outputs, viewing and export rights, review process, dates, prices and remedies. It cannot override mandatory consumer rights.

How are prices and changes handled?

Prices in USD: a $200 plan check credited to the job. Selections preview: $1,250 for 1 room, 2 finish options and 4 photoreal stills; $1,900 for 2 rooms, 2–3 finish options and 6 photoreal stills; $800 per extra room. Full home preview: $2,500 up to 1,500 sq ft; $3,500 up to 3,000 sq ft; $5,200 up to 4,500 sq ft; $7,500 up to 6,500 sq ft; $10,500 up to 9,000 sq ft. Bigger or unusual homes are quoted first.

Under $2,000, paid in full before work starts. $2,000 and over, half to start and the rest before the final files and links go out. No net terms. The plan check is credited once toward the amount due to start. Applicable taxes are shown before payment. No payment is taken on this site.

Changes after the included round, per room: wall color $95; cabinet color $125; flooring $175; counters $175; tile $195; see 3 options side by side $295; exterior colors and siding $395; furniture layout $225; live guided walk $150. Minimum change order $150. Changes are quoted and paid before the work. One comment list per round.

What if an approved detail is wrong?

I correct departures from the agreed plan and selections without charging them as preference changes. The full home preview includes one change round, up to 5 swaps within the agreed plan. One comment list per round. Silence is not approval. Review and remedy handling must be agreed before purchase.

What does the preview establish?

A preview helps you discuss choices. Approved building documents, physical samples and site measurements govern construction, color and fit. It does not approve a design, confirm code compliance or guarantee savings.

The editable working model and reusable library assets are not unrestricted downloads. File formats, compatibility, access duration and any optional guided appointment must be specified and tested before sale.

How are dates and refunds agreed?

Dates follow a check of complete information, scope, permission and availability. The remedy if I cannot deliver is to refund the unearned portion. The calculation, request route and handling times still need review.
