From your floor plan to a home you can picture.
Your Custom Home Preview starts with an authorized floor plan and the decisions you need to make. I check the drawing, record assumptions and agree your finish choices before making the preview. You review the rooms against those inputs, then receive the agreed pictures and tour with clear limits.
What are the steps?
Describe your home and decision
Start with the type of home, approximate finished area, current plan version and the finish or furniture questions you need answered. Dates are agreed after review; do not send private plans through a public page.
Check the drawing and permission
I check the plan file, the authority to use it and whether the supplied information can support a useful preview. The credited plan check records missing details and assumptions and is credited to the preview.
Agree the scope and selections
Approve how I have read the plan, the unknowns and the chosen products. Supply furniture measurements and references. A written scope records deliverables, price and dates before preview work starts.
Review your preview
Look through the agreed room views and finish combinations. Check the model against the agreed inputs before discussing preference changes. I correct my own mistakes; the full home preview includes one change round of up to 5 swaps within the agreed plan. One comment list per round.
Receive the agreed files and phone walk link
The full home preview includes 8 photoreal photos, a 360° tour, a 60-second video, a Selections Sheet, furniture at true size and a link to walk your home on your phone. One change round includes up to 5 swaps.
What should I prepare first?
Use plans you own or have written permission to use for this preview. Manufactured and modular home plans require the manufacturer’s written permission for the exact drawing, options and intended processing.
How do I approve the choices?
Choose one person to gather feedback. Approve the plan version and assumptions, then review finish and furniture changes against the same agreed drawing. A comment on a picture does not authorize a construction or purchase change.
Changes after the included round, per room: wall color $95; cabinet color $125; flooring $175; counters $175; tile $195; see 3 options side by side $295; exterior colors and siding $395; furniture layout $225; live guided walk $150. Minimum change order $150. Changes are quoted and paid before the work. One comment list per round.
How long will my preview take?
Tell me your selections or ordering deadline. Timing depends on the drawing, permission, scope and availability, so I confirm dates before payment. There is no fixed whole-home delivery promise in this offer.
What else should you know?
Can I start without all my finishes selected?
Describe what is known and what is still undecided. I can check whether a useful scope is possible. Missing selections are recorded as assumptions; an open-ended decorating service is outside the package.
What would you like to see more clearly?
Start with your plan and the decisions ahead.
Conceptual preview only. Not for construction or measurement.
