Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation terms are recorded in your agreement before work begins. The policy provides a full plan-check refund before work starts or if I cannot take the project, and a refund of unearned work if I cannot deliver. Mid-check cancellation, calculations and handling times must be settled before payments open.

What are the plan-check refund terms?

Cancel before I start for a full refund. If I cannot take the project, the refund is the full check. Once the agreed check is delivered, its $200 is credited rather than refunded. Cancellation after work starts but before delivery still needs an adopted rule.

What happens if the preview cannot be delivered?

The remedy is refunding the unearned portion. Before purchase, the agreement must explain how completed work is calculated, how to request a remedy and the response and refund-initiation times. No flat cancellation penalty is invented here.

What about corrections or extra work?

Mistakes against approved inputs are corrected without a preference-change charge. Changes after the included round, per room: wall color $95; cabinet color $125; flooring $175; counters $175; tile $195; see 3 options side by side $295; exterior colors and siding $395; furniture layout $225; live guided walk $150. How would an appointment problem be handled?

Booking, rescheduling and provider-caused lost time need agreed terms before the optional $150 guided walk is sold. No appointment schedule or cancellation deadline is promised here. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
