See your home’s choices before delivery.
A manufactured-home preview shows your specific factory plan, selected finishes and supplied furniture sizes before delivery. It can help when a display home or stock tour does not show your order. I need the manufacturer’s written permission for the drawing and options before making a separate preview.
Why might a stock tour differ from my order?
A display tour can help you understand a layout. Your cabinet selection, flooring, chosen options or plan revision may be different. Ask your dealer which details in the tour match your written order and which are only examples.
What should I ask my dealer or factory for?
Ask for the current dimensioned drawing and an option list tied to your order, plus available ceiling heights and elevations. Identify which decisions are already locked and which remain open. Do not assume a brochure image describes everything being supplied.
Use plans you own or have written permission to use for this preview. Manufactured and modular home plans require the manufacturer’s written permission for the exact drawing, options and intended processing.
What can a preview help me compare?
Review the kitchen finishes as a group, the connection to the living room and furniture at the measurements you supply. Keep a record of approximate materials and options that are still unconfirmed.
A preview helps you discuss choices. Approved building documents, physical samples and site measurements govern construction, color and fit. It does not approve a design, confirm code compliance or guarantee savings.
What else should you know?
Can my dealer give permission for the drawing?
A dealer introduction alone is not enough. The manufacturer’s written permission must cover the exact drawing and intended preview use; I check the scope before processing.
Will the preview change my factory order?
No. Any change to the actual order must go through your dealer or manufacturer’s written process. A preview picture or a comment is not an order amendment.
What would you like to see more clearly?
Start with your plan and the decisions ahead.
Conceptual preview only. Not for construction or measurement.
