What is included in the preview?

One agreed home plan and your supplied finishes: 8 photoreal photos, a 360° tour, a 60-second video, a Selections Sheet, furniture at true size from your measurements and a link to walk your home on your phone. One change round includes up to 5 swaps. One comment list per round.

The photo tour uses fixed viewpoints. A live guided walk is an optional extra ($150), separate from the included phone link. Delivery formats, device support and connections are checked before purchase.

What information makes a useful preview?

Start with the current floor plan, readable dimensions, ceiling heights and any available elevations. Add the finishes you have chosen and measurements for furniture you want represented. Missing details stay labeled as assumptions for your approval.

Use plans you own or have written permission to use for this preview. Manufactured and modular home plans require the manufacturer’s written permission for the exact drawing, options and intended processing.

What can I decide with it?

Look at how flooring continues between rooms, how cabinets sit beside a counter choice and how your furniture arrangement relates to doors and windows. References, stand-ins and inferred details are labeled so you can discuss the same picture.

A preview helps you discuss choices. Approved building documents, physical samples and site measurements govern construction, color and fit. It does not approve a design, confirm code compliance or guarantee savings.

What does it cost?

Prices in USD: a $200 plan check credited to the job. Selections preview: $1,250 for 1 room, 2 finish options and 4 photoreal stills; $1,900 for 2 rooms, 2–3 finish options and 6 photoreal stills; $800 per extra room. Full home preview: $2,500 up to 1,500 sq ft; $3,500 up to 3,000 sq ft; $5,200 up to 4,500 sq ft; $7,500 up to 6,500 sq ft; $10,500 up to 9,000 sq ft. Bigger or unusual homes are quoted first.

Changes after the included round, per room: wall color $95; cabinet color $125; flooring $175; counters $175; tile $195; see 3 options side by side $295; exterior colors and siding $395; furniture layout $225; live guided walk $150. Minimum change order $150. Changes are quoted and paid before the work. One comment list per round.

Can you preview existing rooms?

Selections previews support remodels and finish decisions from photos of the real rooms or from plans. $1,250 for 1 room, 2 finish options and 4 photoreal stills; $1,900 for 2 rooms, 2–3 finish options and 6 photoreal stills; $800 per extra room. Under $2,000, paid in full before work starts. $2,000 and over, half to start and the rest before the final files and links go out. No net terms.
