Plan rights and private review

Use your plans with the right permission.

A home preview needs permission to interpret the drawing, make the agreed media and use the disclosed processing methods. A purchased plan or a home order may not grant every right needed. Private viewing and public portfolio use are separate permissions; confidential plans must follow the approved intake process.

Who can authorize the plan?

Use plans you own or have written permission to use for this preview. Manufactured and modular home plans require the manufacturer’s written permission for the exact drawing, options and intended processing.

Identify the rights holder, current drawing and relevant license. I check the intended modeling, software and AI processing, viewing, export and reuse scope. Unclear authority stays on hold.

Who may see the preview?

The agreement names permitted viewers and downloads. Private sharing with your builder or relatives does not authorize a public portfolio. Customer consent cannot extend rights they do not hold.

What happens before private intake opens?

Actual processing providers, account controls, access, retention and deletion limits must be documented and tested. A hidden link or search exclusion is not access control. Do not send security details or unnecessary household information.

What else should you know?

Is buying a floor plan enough permission?

Not necessarily. The license or written permission must cover the intended separate preview and disclosed processing. Factory plans additionally require the manufacturer’s written permission.
